Meeting and Events

The racecourse offers a conference venue in a rural location with ample free car parking. Conferences are not limited to non race days as many can be combined with a morning meeting and an afternoon's horse racing or a round of golf.

Day delegate rates are competitive and include:-

Room hire
Multiple servings of tea/coffee and biscuits
Choice of hot or cold buffet with dessert and tea/coffee
Mineral water and mints

The Minster Suite
This large suite, overlooking the racecourse's rural setting, can accommodate 300 people theatre style.

Paddock Marquee
Situated on our Champagne Lawn, our marquee can also accommodate 300 people theatre style.

Breakout Rooms
There are five seminar rooms seating between 10 and 60 people theatre style, and all overlooking the racecourse and surrounding countryside, providing a quiet but pleasant atmosphere on non-race days.
