A grand evening ahead for Southwell racecourse!

Friday 19th April sees the grandstand and restaurant at Southwell racecourse open for the first time this year, following damage by flooding at the end of last year. Punters and visitors alike will be able to enjoy the action of our 7-race national hunt card from all of the viewing areas offered at the racecourse. The grandstand re-opening will facilitate a great vantage point to ensure you never miss a second of the action!

Take advantage of the restaurant also re-opening by dining within the facilities on offer. Enjoy a drink and a meal within our Seasons restaurant, whilst taking advantage of trackside or parade ring views. Don’t worry about missing any of the action whilst dining! Our tv monitors ensure you can dine in comfort whilst still being able to enjoy the racing.

We are extremely delighted that there will be live music following racing. The excellent Joe Strange Band will be performing after racing to provide further entertainment into the night. Enjoy the racing and then sit back, relax and take in music to suit all tastes!

Entrance to the course costs just £11 for a Grandstand ticket and we offer on-course hospitality and catering outlets to provide food and drink during the afternoon and evening.

Come along, purchase a racecard, study the form and cheer on your horses during the races.

We look forward to welcoming you to what shall be a fantastic afternoon and evening.
